group Nutrition classes

LMG provides health and nutrition education that include
one-to-one education and classes focused on diabetes,
cholesterol, obesity, hyperlipidemia, and hypertension.
Services provided by Health Educators are geared towards
initiating patient behavior change. All Health Education
is provided free of charge.

Outreach
Staff is available to participate in Health Fairs,
Community Presentations and Outreach events throughout
our service area.
